Dell G15 g5530 15.6" FHD 3MS 165Hz Ryzen 7. 7th 1TB SSD 32 GB RTX 4060 FREEZE trying to use this program. What could happen?

I think my computer is good and is new, What could happen? why ? I turn off by pressing power off button and when turn on was the same freeze. Please give me some ideas.
