Question / Help deletin 'scene' with keybind made the key not work at all on windows

Hi. i set a keybind to show an imaGe when pressed. then i deleted the imaGe and its settinGs. now the button that was assiGned is not workinG across windows at all.
as you probably can Guess its my (lowercase) G button that i had bound. so now i cant use 'G' in lowercase anywhere on my compouter without addinG a combination like shift, ctrl, alt or win-key first.
ive uninstalled obs, nothinG. ive restarted noumerous times, nothinG. i have pluGGed keyboard out and back inn several times in several different ports... still nothinG.
i cannot try to bind lowercase G aain since nothinG on my computer now recGnice they key at all...

please help me Get my lowercase G back.
 
i installed a keymapper. so i chanGed the G->H in reGistry. restarted. and then the H diddnt work. so somewhere somethinG from OBS is capturinG the actual lowercase G and prevents it from beinG produced somehow
