Weirdly enough, I don't see any issues on my end of the video file. However, I do have some issues with recording 1080p60 when not using CBR on NVENC.
Do you watch the video on fullscreen by any chance? Some videoplayers (I am looking at you, MPC) use some sort of VSYNC, that sometimes cause renderdelays on fullscreen
