Question / Help Delaying webcam and mic on OBS Mac

I was wondering if there's any way to delay my webcam or mic on OBS for Mac either in the software itself or through some kind of workaround.

To clarify, I'm using my Facetime HD webcam and a Blue Snowball.

Thanks, mate, it was a bit confusing moving from the windows version, but I think I understand it better now.
