Question / Help Delayed Start Recording

Is there a way to have a slight delay of a few seconds before Recording or Streaming actually begins? Right now when I click "Start" we are on, so then the first seconds are sort of wasted.

Facebook natively has a 3 second count down, for example, before going Live. I'd like this too in OBS for recording.

If it comes to streaming: Create an empty scene called "starting soon" and as only source include a static image that shows a "this stream is starting soon" message. Activate this scene, then start your stream. All viewers will see the "starting soon" image and you have time to prepare for the real action. As soon as you are ready, you just switch to your real scene and start the real streaming action.
