Delay to a specific source

I do not know if it exists, I have looked in some plugins but I have not found exactly that. My problem is that when I switch scenes and use "custom stinger" the animation takes 3 seconds. And before the animation is complete, the background music for the next scene is already playing. I would like that music to come in a couple of seconds later. It's possible?

Yes this is much needed!

I have a stinger with music, but when i have a media source (video with sound) in the scene, it starts playing from the beginning of the stinger transition, instead of after the given 7000ms that the scene-transition waits for.
