Question / Help Delay on LoL Streaming

Whenever I stream LoL, I get a massive delay. It stretches to about 20 minutes if I keep streaming, it'll get longer. I updated my internet. https://t.co/tTo7pXUjY4

My settings are 2500 Bitrate and I tried increasing it to no avail. I have messed with the settings. I haven't tried changing resolutions though.

If, while you're streaming and watching your stream, you are constantly buffering, your own viewing experience may get delayed, but that doesn't mean it's delayed for everyone.
