Question / Help Delay on Game Capture?

Hey guys,

is it possible to get a delay on the game/screen capture source? I know it's possible to get a delay on webcam and other audio/video sources, but i need a game/screen capture delay, because i wanna use my dsc rx100 as webcam with elgato hd60...
