Delay in camera... which video card fix this?

Currently using the Nvidia GT 520 video card. Prior to recording in obs I am seeing a delay in motion from my camera. It doesn't matter which camera I use as I've tried others and I get the same result. I'm thinking it's my GT 520 card? According to the specs that work it seems I need to at least get into the 600 series. Just wondering how the GTX series works with OBS and is there any camera delay with these cards? Which card would fix this problem so the camera would be perfectly in sync when it is aimed at me? I am a musician and I would like to make videos of myself performing to music, but it needs to be in sync as I am playing to music in it. I'm not a gamer, I am just using this to record videos against music tracks. I have a bellarke report of my system if this would help? Basically I'm running an hey Zeus P 267 motherboard with i7 processor, 32 gigs of ram, in an older custom system that was primarily built for Pro Tools audio recording. My system does not seem to be struggling at all when I run OBS and Pro Tools at the same time. Any help is much appreciated!

Also would like to add... the camera is only out of sync by less than 500 ms... prior to playback. While in record, it is out... but in playback of the video, it is in sync. I have attached my last log file here. When analyzed, it shows no issue so I remain... puzzled? Can you suggest a better video graphic card to fix this issue of being out of sync while recording? Or can you suggest another resolution? I have already lowered the resolution down to 720.
Here is my last log file:
Thanks.

Lags is normal, does matter video card.
Your camera send encoded video as jpg - device need some time to encode every picture, computer need time to encode.
Some cameras have lags on HDMI out, input video card (e.g. blackmagic quad hdmi on port have 35 ms lags, avermedia gc553 55ms).

This kind of lag is not normal. I speak to other people and they say their camera is dead on prior to recording and during recording. 35 millisecond would be so faint to even see, that wouldn't even matter to me. We're talkin this is more like 250 to 500 milliseconds! Also my camera output is USB 3.0. And not HDMI. My gt520 Nvidia card is 2.0 and not 3.0. What would be the best 2.0 card I could pick up that would make the video be dead on? I would like to stay with Nvidia if I could. I don't know if the GTX series that is 3.0 will be of use to me, would it? I've Been Told the card slot would be the same but would not benefit by 3.0. So I need a good 2.0 card . This is what I am looking for. Thanks
