Delay in audio monitor with Logic Pro and Cam Link

Hi I'm trying to set up a stream to play music live and I keep hearing a slight delay in the monitoring the audio (this is just for the mic which is connected to an interface but the piano is good (connected straight through USB). Any ideas?

I'm currently using
Macbook pro 2020
Camlink
Steinberg UR22 MKll

Pulling my hair out trying to figure this out so any help is APPRECIATED!!
