Question / Help Delay audio with Sync Offset doesn't work

I've tried to create a delay with my audio source, but if I try to set any number to Sync Offset on an audio track, there is no difference. Even with a number like 20000 ms, there is no difference. How can I solve that problem? I have the latest version of OBS

With the audio monitor.
I'm capturing a video from a Chrome tab, but the audio and video are not synced. When I watch the video preview on OBS nothing change with Sync Offset :/

Okey, the delay works when i record something. But how can I check in real time how many ms I have to apply to match the two sources?

The NDI plugin and NDI monitor application serve well for doing realtime monitoring of actual output without starting a stream on an external service or actually recording a file.

The only caveat is that NDI only streams audio from Track 1 and no other tracks.

The way to do it real time is a bit extreme and involves a second computer. You use NDI output on your primary machine and check it on a secondary machine.

That's about all I can offer.
