I'm using my Elgato HD60S capture card to record my PS2 and the footage is interlaced by default from the console. In OBS I'm usually able to change the deinterlacing option to whatever I want, usually Yadif 2x, and it works without a hitch.
But last night, I don't what I changed or if I even changed anything, because none of the deinterlacing options change anything. It's stuck with those interlacing lines no matter which option I pick.
It's almost like the video feed won't refresh when I select any of the options; disable, linear, blend, and yadif look the same and nothing changes.
I've tried closing/reopening OBS, deactivating/activating my capture card source, and disconnecting/reconnecting the cord from the card to my computer but it doesn't affect it.
I also did a fresh installation of the latest version of OBS for Windows and it didn't help.
This hasn't been a problem at all before and I've had this same setup (or very similar) for a solid year now.
I don't know if I'm missing something obvious, so I apologize if it's really simple.
Here's the log for my session:
