Question / Help Default Audio Settings

Could someone please list the default audio settings? I'm brand new to OBS Studio and using it exclusively for flight simulation. I have one good flight with audio and then I started "tweaking" some settings and cannot get the audio settings that initially worked. Thanks for the help.

Create a new profile by choosing Profile->New. This new profile will contain the default settings of OBS. Your scenes and sources will remain unchanged. If you also need to start with a completely fresh scene+source setup, choose Scene Collection->New.
