Dedicated low-end laptop for OBSBOT Center && OBS Studio?

New here. I'm a very long-term Linux user but I've given up on getting my new OBSBOT TIny 2 Lite webcam working on any of my existing systems. I'm gonna buy a dedicated Windows PC so I can run OBSBOT Center.

On the face of it that's pretty easy: the OBSBOT software supports Windows 10 and later; so do OBS Studio v31 and 32; I'll make sure the new PC has decent video. But It's like *20 years* since I bought a Windows box.

The new machine will be a laptop; OBSBOT Center and OBS-Studio only on board; some outside/full daylight sessions; screen good enough for basic monitoring; all shoots saved straight to disk for editing on a workstation.

I'm presently looking at a Panasonic Toughbook CF19 with Windows 10 Home Edition which is available locally. Someone on this forum may know better. If so, please share.

I recently picked up this and upgraded to Win 11 Pro. The reviews stated it had bad battery but I don't know as mine has been plugged in since I got it. I thought it had good video card for price.

A bit more detail: I want a dedicated Windows laptop to record video from a 4k webcam in out-of-doors shoots. The incoming signal will go through OBS Studio and straight onto hard disk. I'll record in black-and-white 4k, no sound, no streaming or broadcast. The PC will need to run OBSBOT Center to control the AI features in the camera, but I'll be doing all the editing and postproduction on a separate workstation.

I'd buy a PC with a GPU if I could find one within budget. But a couple of people have told me that particular stock business PCs would be good enough, with the Lenovo T14 coming up more than once. Any thoughts?
