Decklink output issue

Hello I have a Decklink duo 2 with a SDI camera and I am unable to see a output from obs. I am trying to send the output to a SDI spilter and there is no signal coming from OBS. However I can also see a direct loop from the SDI camera going out . Also the input works and its able to accept incoming SDI signals to OBS just fine.

3G SDI (input/output resolution 1080p50 or p60) in Decklink Duo 2 is level B only. Might wanna check with your SDI splitter if its support that, or if you have a Decimator MD-HX lying around, you can take that to check the signal type generated.
Other troubleshooting method, try 1060i60 signal and see if your original process/ method works because 1080i50/i60 is not 3G SDI so level A and B difference is not a problem
