SInce you can't make changes to the output settings until you have release all active outputs,
including the Decklink output, perhaps it makes sense to put a control button for that
on the Control Panel rather than in the Tools/Decklink screen.
Its been a head-scratcher several times that I've had to go hunting for what's still using
the output... oh yeah, that hidden decklink output...
