Decklink 4K Extreme No capture (more or less)

I have image when using Blackmagic media express/Adobe Premiere Pro all the time but I don't have on OBS Studio (25.0.8) was working fine last time I use it.
Now way I can have capture of image is if I uninstall an install OBS but if I close it and open again no more image
