Hello, as the title states my recordings from OBS are super choppy and just unsuitable to watch.
I've looked all over the forums and tried many different settings but nothing seems to have fixed my issue.

This recording uses CQP, but I've tried CBR, I've tried saving as flv instead of mp4.
Any help would truly be appreciated.
