Deaf- OBS for Interpreting Services

I use Purple and Sorenson as relay services. With constant meetings for work, having OBS installed on my computer allows me to use one webcam and stream that same video to multiple platforms (e.g., my interpreting service and a Google meeting or zoom call at the same time). It’s been a game change. I historically used Purple Communications and it worked great, except they’ve had some bugs so I downloaded Sorenson as a backup. Unfortunately, their program isn’t recognizing my OBS camera or virtual camera as an available camera selection like Purple/Zoom/Google meets has. Any suggestions?

Please post an OBS log so we can see what OBS is doing on its end
If it's working in the three others but not Sorenson, I have no idea OBS Virtual Camera should show up as a webcam source to it
You'd have to ask Sorenson support or a forum specific to that software
