I use an Elgato capture card with OBS, which inherently causes a (seemingly random) amount of delay for my game feed. To compensate for this, I use Render Delay filters for my window captures (timer, etc.) and camera feed, as well as for my mic and desktop audio; in some cases I am stacking multiple Render Delay filters on a given component, because the cap is 500 ms, and the delay from my Elgato is often greater than that.
The issue I've been having lately is, despite having identical numbers for ms worth of delay between my camera and mic, sometimes my mic audio will be out-of-sync with my camera, and I really don't know what would be causing this. Any ideas?
