Ddj 400/rekordbox not connecting with obs

Hi all,

I'm new here. My issue is that I've got my ddj400 connected directly to my windows 11 laptop and rekordbox is working fine. However when I boot up obs and set the audio output capture and select the controller, there is no signal into obs whatsoever. So I'm at a complete loss of how to fix this.
