Using a 6700xt and a Ryzen 5 I cannot get a clear live stream on youtube, I'm limited to 18mbit upload and I've set the bitrate to 12000kbps and using the x264 codec
When standing still everythings fine, but as soon as I start moving, the grass becomes a blurry mess, what do I need to do to avoid this? Other youtubers manage it, so how can I?
