Hey,
I hope you are well.
This may be the wrong place for this thread, so apologies in advance.
I would like to use this tool for working purposes, but first we need to run it via a Security Assessment. Would anybdoy here be able to answer the following please?

1. Legal location of the third party owner?
2. Does the Third Party process Customer Data?
3. Does the Third Party process Employee/Candidate Data?
4. Is the processing of employee data a bi-product of the third party tool/service, meaning that employee data has to be processed only in order to use the actual service?Required
5. Please provide a list of employee data points which are processed by the tool/service.
6. Does the third party process any data at all?

I appreciate you may not be able to answer all of my questions but thank you in advance, any help is greatly appreciated.

Best
James

None of those points are really relevant to OBS as it does not access any data like that. The most data we use is during the update check where your operating system and current OBS version are sent to our server (based in Canada). All streaming and recording goes directly to your hard disk or streaming service without involving our servers. There is a one-time connection to our servers to facilitate connecting of accounts (eg Twitch login) if you choose to do that.
