OBS does a lot more than ocam does, and scene composition which is done on the GPU is done there because if it were done on the CPU, it would have a LOT bigger performance impact.

OBS has already been optimized as far as possible in that regard.
Ocam does JUST screen recording with no overlays, and no webcam support. OBS is closer to a full broadcast production suite. Your comparison basically isn't valid.

There isn't really that much to optimize in OBS, certainly not things that would cause big increases in performance.

I'm sorry but OBS is simple, is a very bad program that even not optimized.

I've heard now and see themselves on the Internet that end without people who complain that the record or stream does not work, that total reduction in OBS, the FPS.

Honestly, tell me here please from is super optimized for OBS, and told me to please not it would be my gamer laptop, that's not true, you want to don't have just the truth that your software is terribly badly optimized and horribly bad Works.

I use NVIDIA Shadowplay, now and super there is what shows me, OBS is definitely not my gamer laptop, but actually.

So you sit down, and looks to her what makes, that stops OBS total down to push the FPS. And secondly the GPU of graphics card in calm leaves, or only very slightly charged.

If NVIDIA has managed that, then it should go but also with obs.

GET YOUR SOFTWARE IN ORDER!

looked here the screen, my GPU and CPU not overloaded.

And now say me, what´s going on here.

Why the obs record with fps drobs und laggs, if my hardware is not overloaded.

You're not making valid comparisons here.
Shadowplay vs obs is a bad comparison for two reasons
1> shadowplay is a basic recorder, not a full production suite
2> shadowplay has access to parts of the nvidia hardware that NO ONE ELSE has access to.

If you're actually having performance issues with OBS, provide an obs session log rather than demanding we "fix" something that likely isn't actually broken.

the log,

and please say me not that my gpu or cpu are overloaded.

Set both no man's sky (or whatever game you're trying to capture) and OBS to run on the nvidia GPU rather than splitting them.
Don't use SLI capture mode.

From our factoid bot:
Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use "Capture any fullscreen application" mode.

I don't use SLI mode.

But I have now made everything as you said ahst just a source for the game recording, and which is put on full screen capture.
But that doesn't help either.

Obs just doesn't want to work for me, I don't know why, but I would have liked to use the program because it offers me what I really need.

[edit]
So, i have make a test, i have record a other game, The hunter Call of the Wild with 30fps, the game works on 30fps, und this game obs records normaly , i will make more tests with other games, then i say the result.

So i have test

Ark Survivel Evolved: OBS 30 and 60 FPS = problem
The Hunter Call of the Wild: OBS 30 FPS = no problem
No Mans Sky: OBS 60 and 30 FPS = problem

And if I take the obs poorly in the games, start the recording, then the games start to lagging already during the recording.

And even worse, in these games it is enough when I just start obs, then these games run a bit worse.

But my CPU is up to 30-40% busy overall with both.

So why is this when there is no overload at all.

I have good news.

I have business that OBS No. Mans Sky absorbs liquid.

I have found a solution.

I will write you the solution here if others have the problem like me.

So:

It is a kind of fine tuning on the FPS setting at OBS.
If you take a game such a No Mans sky, want
then it can happen that if OBS on 30 or 60 FPS set it is not work that liquid takes on and overloaded it, at least it behaves so.

Power then the following, the FPS down to 24 NTSC or deeper but not extra deep, and tests if it runs then already times liquid, then gently pull upwards and step for step fine tune until the perfect Centre was found.

Some play is 30 fps on some 60, but some games you must go all the way down and fine-tune upwards and are looking for the perfect middle. For me, it's for No Mans sky 27 FPS or 26FPS.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050TI GDDR5 4 GB

OK it doesn't work.

For a time it worked, and now again no more,

I'm final.

Obs doesn't work for me.
It simply does not want, I have tried completely everything, also with the fine tuning, but that also brings nothing again.

That's it.
