Question / Help Dark Souls III Crashing

Hey how is everyone?

Does anyone know what would cause one game in particular to crash while every other game streams fine? When Dark Souls III first came out I had no issues streaming it or any other game and now out of no where and only with Dark Souls the stream will "Freeze" and then stop broadcasting.

If anyone could shed some light on a fix or what is happening i would really appreciate it! Thank you all in advance

This looks like an issue that seems specific to Windows 10 Anniversary Update. I usually see this on Nvidia cards, so it's "nice" for me to see it also occurring on AMD because that means it's not specific to Nvidia. It's unfortunate that you're experiencing the error though.

I don't really know anything about AMD devices or drivers, and I've only seen this issue reported from AMD cards very rarely, so I'd like to check a few things, if you don't mind spending the time. If you'd rather not, that's fine too.

What exact card do you have? What drivers are you running? Do you happen to know what WDDM level your drivers are? You should be able to check this by running dxdiag and checking the "Display" tab(s) for the "Driver Model" field. Are there any newer drivers you can use? If so, does this also happen on newer drivers? Does this also happen on older drivers?
