Question / Help Dark Souls 1 no response and if not just crash

Hey guys maybe someone here can help me out with the issue.

I wanted to Stream Dark Souls 1-3 as my first big ongoing Stream. However for some reason DS1 keeps crashing/stops working as soon as i start it. It works without OBS just fine.

My Rig
GTX 1070
I7-4790K 4ghz (no OC since not needed)
16GB Ram
Windows 10
1080P monitor and 144hz
100mbit up and 25mbit down

Things a tried so far:
ofc started as admin
Started without Dsfix(a little mod for 60fps)
Started in all compatibility modes

It's only DS1.
DS 2 and DS 3 are just fine


Maybe someone knows a solution or can offer a working one.

Found a solution thanks to the community. We can force with DSfix a borderless windowed mode and just capture the window in OBS.
