Question / Help D3DCompiler Libraries

Hello!
I am using Windows 7 and just downloaded OBS Studio 18.0. When I went to open it in 64-bit, it told me that it could not find D3DCompiler Libraries.

Any idea what this might be and what can be done to fix it?
