D3D11 GPU priority setup failed (not admin?) what this means ? i run 6 instances like admin,

You need to run OBS as Administrator (escalated) to enable the GPU priority workaround. This is just saying that you aren't running as Admin, so it can't get 'first dibs' on GPU time.
It is not a blocking error, and can be safely ignored if you aren't getting any rendering delay issues.

btw seems after last patches i cant change settings of obs label to turn off admin mode.this option just disabled.
