Question / Help Custom rtmp server not connecting

I upgraded from 0.11.2 to 0.12.0 and now my custom rtmp setting "failed to connect". I downgraded to 0.11.2 and all is working fine again. I hope this can be fixed in a later release.

More information is needed beyond what you've provided, including an obs log showing the session where you made the attempt in 0.12.

And as a heads up, my custom rtmp settings are working fine, so it may be something in your own system and not in OBS.

I looked at the log file and it looks like my antivirus / firewall blocked the connection. The connection failed on another computer running a different virus protection software. v 0.11.2 was not blocked by either. It appears that there is something about the new version that is triggering the block that the old version did not have. Do I need to white list something to get this to work or is there another issue?

custom rtmp settings aren't actually needed for youtube live.

What internet security software packages are in use on the machines?

Sorry for the delay and thanks for the help. I know that rtmp settings are not needed for youtube live but I use it as a test ground before streaming to other servers. I used Webroot and the other machine was my girlfriend's. I think she used AVG free or MS Security Essentials.
