Custom resolution when windowed\Fullscreen projector (scene)

Is it possible when Windowed\Fullscreen projector (scene) to get the projection in the resolution of the elements with in the scene?, with out the black bars on top and bottom (bars that fit the project resolution).

I mean having the projector (scene) to work the same way that the projector (source) work.

Basically what I am asking for is to be able to use OBS like "watchout 6", for being able to project the scene or scenes on multi displays with different sizes.
