Bug Report Custom Output Video Encoder Settings

i'm trying to figure out how i can use cqp mode for the h264_nvenc encoder. the settings should be rc=constqp cq=(whatever).

this seemingly doesn't work because of the video bitrate option with the default 2500 value. I know this because i tried changing it to 0 then using my settings. it generated an output which would seem to be of cqp but not quite my actual settings.

i guess this can only be fixed by removing this default option.

Just change the rate control to CQP in advanced output, or use the recording presets in simple mode.

What specifically are you trying to accomplish with custom output?

right now i've yet to finalize what i want as output. i want to test the flexibility of the custom output recording but it's innacurate and seemingly outdated.
