Custom Browser Docks Missing

Originally, I didn't have this problem, but now I do since I uninstalled OBS.LIVE. I installed OBS.LIVE for the Facebook activity thread, but this app weighed heavy on my PC, and overall performance suffered. The feature was invaluable so I kept it, but once I discovered how to get StreamElements Facebook Activity feed without the OBS.LIVE app I was ready to uninstall. Immediately after, the Custom Browser Docks menu option disappeared and I lost access to all my custom browser docks (i.e. FB Activity Fee and Lower Thirds). I figured, if OBS.LIVE took it away, maybe it would bring it back so... I reinstalled OBS.LIVE, then ran OBS Studio without signing in to OBS.LIVE, and the Custom Browser Docks menu option returned. Sadly, my saved docks didn't return with it. While OBS.LIVE is not signed-in, it's not technically active but it's one more annoying click before I get into OBS Studio. It's likely sucking resources somewhere even if it's a lot less than when signed-in. I'm hoping to find a solution to this issue as this problem shouldn't exist.

I do not see the option for Custom Browser Docks in the View -> Docks menu. Does anyone know how you can get this back?
