I've seen a few threads before that were similar to this but I never saw a solution or an actual repro.

Setup
I have a video capture device which is the logitech c930e.
I have an audio capture device which is taking external mic signal from a focusrite scarlet 18i8 asio interface via usb into vb voice meter banana and then into OBS.
I made a video where I do clapp tests every min for 10 min and you can see the gradual de-sync of the audio source from the webcam.
I have all the delays setup between the webcam, elgato, and audio source so their are in sync. So when this issue occurs I found a very clunky workaround. If I right click the webcam video capture device source > properties and then just click "cancel" that seems to cause obs to look at the numbers again and intialize them properly. So during a stream about every 5 min I have to do this.
