cursor still shows even though show cursor is disabled

Can anybody help me please, as you can see in the image 1 below, the 'Capture Cursor' box is UNCHECKED, but as you can see in image 2, it is STILL showing up on my recording. Can anybody help me fix this please? it is ruining my video that I intend to upload to my YouTube channel!
