Bug Report Cursor size issues with DPI scaling on multi-monitor setup

I have two monitors. The primary one is 4K (3840x2160) with windows DPI scaling set to 150%, the secondary one is 1080p (1920x1080) with scaling set to 100%.

When capturing anything on the 1080p monitor, the cursor appears at 150% size. This is a screenshot of an OBS recording. Notice the cursor in the middle of the stash on the left.

Here's how it looks on my screen (Sorry for the phone picture, it's only way I could show the cursor's actual size):

I have tried all sorts of combinations involving enabling/disabling DPI scaling in the properties for both OBS and the game, switching the primary monitor to the 1080p one before/after launching OBS, changing DPI scaling to 100% on the 4K monitor temporarily... Nothing short of disabling all DPI scaling system-wide and relogging seems to remedy this issue.

I don't know what else to do. Any help or additional insight would be appreciated.
Here's a log, if it helps: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/c12cf9dde4a0f3e1d737f71f747d97e4
