Bug Report Cursor Flickering - I can't stop it!

I am trying to record Hearthstone.

I have had a problem with OBS cursor flickering in this game across multiple devices and I was hoping that getting a brand new screaming 2016 Razer Blade (Skylake CPU with NVidia 970) would solve the problem.

Unfortunately, the cursor still flickers when I use OBS to record. :(

I have tried:
- Game Capture
- Window Capture
- Disabling Preview
- Running Hearthstone in fullscreen mode
- Running Hearhstone in windowed mode

Every combination of options above still results in cursor flickering. It does not flicker all the time - but does for bursts of time during game animations.

Here is an example video showing the problem:

The flickering becomes noticeable at 33s in.

I have attached the latest log file associated with the video linked above.

EDIT> I have also attached my DxDiag (note I have 2 graphics adatpers, the Intel HD and the GeForce 970 - Hearthstone is using the GeForce 970)

Could someone please help me? I really want to stream Hearthstone but I can't stand the cursor flickering.

Thanks so much!

@Vermillion Phoenix I have the scene set up as a simple Game Capture (as mentioned, I have also tried window capture and display capture - none solve the problem).

@Sapiens I'm certain both OBS and the game are running on the 970M. I am not getting a black screen -- only a flickering cursor in Hearthstone.
