Hello,
OBS is the best recorder I found so far for online lectures, tutorials etc. However, especially with respect to online lectures there remains a major bug in my eyes.
I noticed that the cursor for the graphic tablet pen cant be recorded in OneNote. In the threads I found a similar problem for the MS-Whiteboard:
obsproject.com
This was solved by recording only the window instead of the full screen.
However, when trying to record only the OneNote window the record remains blank as found in this thread:
obsproject.com
So in conclusion there seems to be no way to record lectures in OneNote easily. This should be fixed, because switching mouse and pen permanently during a lecture is absolutely circuitous and the MS-Whiteboard provides not all required features for online lessons. Furthermore, according to the purpose of a screen recorder it should be possible to follow the mouse/pen movements in any application during the full screen mode.
Best regards
