Curser Icon Stutters While Recording

So, from what I've noticed, when I record my cursor icon stutters a lot.
But for some reason, in the recording, it's completely fine.
Is there some setting making the cursor icon while I'm recording not stutter from my view?

In most capture modes, the mouse cursor isn't included in the frame buffer OBS reads from Windows. OBS has to determine where the mouse cursor should be and draws its own version of the mouse cursor into the recording. It seems OBS is better with drawing its own cursor into the recording than Windows with updating the real cursor.
