Curly hair on green screen flickers

Hi guys, I'm getting crazy with the subject medium-long curly hair.

My green screen is evenly lit, with no wrinkles. And no shadows appear from the subject.

However I get the hair flickers as he was Medusa. No matter how I adjust the settings in the green screen option, everything I set seems to enhance the flickerty or make the body disappears.

The subject is sit, so it doesn't even move a lot.

Can you please share some knowledge on how to manage curly hair?

Your distance from green screen to head ?
Second problem is your camera, probably send signal as YUV420, change to camera who send YUV422 or YUV444 because two last hawe more information about chromination color.
To typing h264 encoding all color is YUV420 (12 bits per pixel, 8 bits is luminace, 4 bit chromination).

Can you post a raw (non-keyed) sample image of your setup and subject?

Fine hair detail is always extremely difficult to chromakey cleanly, without an EXTREMELY evenly-lit setup, with plenty of space between the screen and subject to minimize spill (talking 5-10+ feet, especially on fine detail).
Have you used a greenscreener app on your phone or tablet to check your lighting evenness? To the human eye, a screen can look very evenly lit, but a camera has a MUCH narrower dynamic range, and will see hotspots and shadows that you will not perceive with your eyes.
