CTRL ALT & SHIFT cancels my Push to mute

People have gotten this problem already with push to talk, dont seem to be fixed although my issue is with push to mute
My ctrl alt and shift are not set to anything.
Does the same running as admin

Is this a bug or from where is coming the conflict?

I also have another bug where adding/changing a hotkey always tells me that it is already used by "start the stream" when it is not.

Need fix or solution please

You have the same key assigned to 2 different actions. Use just one key for each action or perform a combination of keys, where you first press the ctrl alt and/or shift keys first and then the letter key.
Example:
Start stream: Ctrl+Y
Push to Mute: Alt+Y

To avoid issues with other programs or global system key shotcuts I always use combinatios of keys, like Ctrl+F8 or Ctrl+Alt+M or Ctrl+shift+1
Yes, once you press one of this keys you see the action on the game (duck, select a different gun) but it's a safer way.

I dont have the same key assigned to 2 different actions, thats the point !
My 'Start the stream' keybind in on F12 but each time i assign a new hotkey (for exemple Y for push to mute) it tells me Y is already used for 'Start the stream' when it is factually F12. Does this every time for some reason
Plus i dont have ctrl, alt and shift assigned to anything and it still cancels my push to mute when i press them

You have something else going on outside OBS Studio. Which version of OBS are you using?
Run OBS as admin. Also, a log file with a test stream can be handy.
