So this could be a variation of issues -.- But hopefully you guys can help me get to the bottom of it.
So lets start with what my setup is:
CPU: i5-6600k
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 480 8GB GAMING X
MOBO: Asus Z170-AR ATX LGA1151
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200
OS: Windows 8.1
Web Cam: Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920
Lastest Version of OBS studio
"Have" 5MB upload speed (Its probably more like 3.6MB)
Now the problem/s i've been running into:
1. My Webcam has been freezing/lagging
2. Been getting high CPU loads like 82%+
3. Sometime i get bad input delay while in game
4. Stream itself will lag.
This could all clearly just be bad setting on my behalf (Im quite new to streaming, and i've been learning on the fly)
I usually stream Osu! With zero problem (except occasional webcam lag)
Mind you I'm not home right now so I'm going off of memory but my OBS settings are something like:
-Encoding at x264
-Downscale to 1280x720
-Fps set at 29.7fps
-Bitrate 2800 very fast
-My webcam is set to like 30fps ( i have no idea what "Good" setting for it is)
My in game CS:GO settings:
-Everything on highest settings
-Vsync is Off
-Res 1440x1080
-I don't have FPS capped (Usually get around 300fps)
-Using 144hz Monitor
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'm sitting here at work for a few more hours so i can certainly provide any additional details i can. Or When i get home I can give 100% accurate settings I have.
