Question / Help Csgo settings! pls help

I want to stream csgo but the quality of the stream sucks and i can't figure out why! this is my specs:

CPU : intel core i7 6700k
GPU : gtx 1070
RAM : 16gb 3000mhz

My upload speed is : 9.5 mbps according to testmy.net

20:45:03.666: [x264 encoder: 'simple_h264_stream'] preset: ultrafast
Change encoder preset to VERYFAST.
This is the standard option.
Better image: FAST (I think your CPU is powerful enough)


Do not check / rescale in Output as you have done it in Video options.


1920x1080x60 FPS ---> You need 3500Kbps bitrate.

Worth using 720p @ 60fps and bitrate at 3500 CBR assuming you are streaming to twitch. As its a high motion game 1080p@60fps wont look good with this low a bitrate. As @EBrito has said you can up your cpu preset which will help with quality but if you go to far it will create lag.
