Question / Help CSGO recording with very low framerate

My specs:

Nvidia GTX770
Intel i3 3250 3,5Ghz
8gb ram
Some hdd
Asrock z77 extreme4 motherboard

What happens, is, I start recording, everything goes well, about 120 fps in csgo, stop recording, then I watch the recording and its at about 1 fps. I have obs set at 60 fps, 1920x1080 with downscale to 1280xsomething about 700

EDIT: my os is windows 10, forgot that :p

Never mind, I got it too work by just putting it on high quality instead of indistinguishable quality... I'm stupid I know :P
