I can stream pretty much any game I have smoothly (with a few obvious exceptions like BF4)
but CSGO gets jittery, stuttery, and borderline unplayable for me.
Now, if I had a lower end PC I wouldn't complain, but I think my PC should be good enough to handle
at least CSGO as far as streaming.
P.S. I stream using my Elgato HD60 Pro, so I do not use Game Capture in OBS.
Specs:
CPU - i5 4690k OC 4.3 GHz
GPU - (2x) R9 270x (not in crossfire)
RAM - 8GB 1866MHz
Boot - 120gb SSD
Game Drive - 2TB SSHD
I have tried everything I could to be able to get playable FPS without any stuttering
but all attempts have failed, from using quicksync, AMD H.264, x264, and all other encoders, lowering
video settings in game, unpark CPU cores, Stream in lower Resolutions and Framerates, Lower in game resolution, and nothing has helped!
