Question / Help CSGO Lagging/stuttering on stream

While I'm streaming CsGo, it seems like I'm dropping a lot of frames on stream.
I don't lose any frames and I'm still up at 150FPS - 240FPS While streaming.

This doesn't happen when I'm streaming League of Legends for example.

Like, it looks like I'm lagging really badly, It doesn't see the frames between when i move my mouse from 1 place to another too fast.

I have the same problem streaming csgo.. it affects, too when i just run obs... in minecraft, league of legends oder or others games its the same i guess it has to do with the new win 10 update but im using win8...
