I tried to steam some days ago and it did not go as expected. When i stream, i set my bitrate at 2800 but my kb/s keeps going as high as 3600 sometimes. Im also getting huge fps drops in csgo while streaming. One second i can have 400 fps and then the next 140.. These are my specs. i5-4690k 3.5, Nvidia gtx 970 and 10 gb ram.
I used to be able to stream like 1 year ago without problems but something is wrong now. The thing that bothers me the most is that my kb/s keeps peeking up.
