CSGO crash/lag while streaming

So my problem is, that sometimes while streaming my CSGO crashes. I've also had some lag spikes. So does anyone have any ideas how to improve my FPS and maybe fix CSGO crash issue?

this is my setup;

• GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming
• RAM: Kingston 16GB(2x8GB) HyperX Fury DDR4
• CPU: Intel i5-6600K 3,5GHz
• HDD: Western Digital 1TB Caviar Black
• PSU: 650W EVGA SuperNova
• MOBO: Asus Z170-A
• Windows 10 home
