So, before the fixes I've read 100 times get stated here, I'll list what I've tried. I uninstalled OBS studio and obs completely, deleted the folders, disabled tracking in razer synapse, closed synapse, Ran OBS as admin, and in compatibility mode for windows 7/8. I streamed CS just fine I would say a month ago, and I randomly checked one day and it was just a black screen. I am using OBS Studio 0.16.2 (Latest Version) If anyone has ANY suggestions, drop them here. Another thing, I obviously did Ctrl+F to fit it to my screen. Tested CS as the top source, and it isn't just a black screen. My webcam shows which makes me believe that it isn't even capturing anything. Once again I appreciate any info on this issue.
