Question / Help CSGO black screen using game capture since windows update

I tried running as admin on 32bit and 64bit and the same issue persisted

Hello,

I have the same problem. 18.0.0 works but 18.0.2 not. I cannot post log atm, but I will do it later. According to the log: "cannot hook, maybe caused my AV software".

I think so, I'm going into game capture and looking it up by exe. If I choose any full screen application it does the same thing.

I am having the same problem, all fine until a couple of days ago after windows updates and now sound but no picture

Are you using any mods on CS:GO? Or any antivirus/security software as the message suggests?

Zero mods. Using KIS 2017 but 18.0.0 working perfectly. Only 18.0.2 not. If I switch of the protection still cannot capture the game.

Ok. I found the problem, my 32 bit binaries was lost from the obs-plugins directory (inject-helper32.exe). Thanks for your help! :)

Unless you deleted files from the OBS directory as well, your issue is not the same. Please make a new thread with the full details.
