Cs2 streaming problems

Hello, I have problem with streaming. I'm trying to stream cs2. Everything is okay. My FPS are stable. But If I walk in smoke in game stream is lagging. Same problem if I look at smoke in cs. And every other game works completely fine, so I am confused why I am struggling with cs2, please help.

These are my pc specs:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB
AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X
32 GB RAM
3 TB M.2 NVMe SSD
AMD B550

ingame fps totally fine but very lag while recording or streaming on obs help me please :(
